Occupational Health Services

Thrive offers both in-office and mobile employee health screenings, which are perfect for teams of any size. With flexible scheduling and minimal workplace disruption, we make it easy to prioritize employee wellness.

Here are some of the most commonly requested services:

Blood Draws

Our blood draw services support both general wellness and occupational health by offering a range of essential tests, including:

Complete Blood Count (CBC): Screens for overall health and detects conditions like anemia by evaluating blood cell levels.

Lipid Profile: Measures cholesterol and triglycerides to assess cardiovascular risk and support early prevention.

Liver Function Tests: Monitors liver health, especially important for identifying damage from occupational exposures.

Kidney Function Tests: Evaluates renal performance and helps detect early signs of kidney stress or damage.

Heavy Metal Testing: Identifies potential exposure to toxic substances such as lead, mercury, or arsenic — vital for workplace safety and early intervention.

DOT & Non-DOT Urine
Drug Testing

Drug testing identifies the presence of specific substances (or their metabolites) in a person’s system, most often through a urine sample, though other methods (saliva, hair, blood) are also used in some cases.

Our testing covers:

Marijuana (THC)

Cocaine

Amphetamines (e.g., Adderall, methamphetamine)

Opiates (e.g., codeine, morphine, heroin)

Phencyclidine (PCP)

TB Testing

Thrive offers fast, reliable tuberculosis (TB) screening for individuals, employers, and healthcare workers.

We provide both TB skin tests (PPD) and blood-based TB tests (IGRA/Quantiferon) depending on your needs and compliance requirements.

TB testing is commonly required for:

Healthcare and school employees

Volunteers or workers in group settings

Immigration or licensing purposes

Exposure follow-up and routine screening

Results are timely and documentation is provided.

These tests offer valuable insights into your team’s health, allowing for timely, proactive care and long-term well-being.

If interested in our mobile services, we do charge an in-home convenience / RN travel fee of $200.
