At our Eureka location, Thrive Lab provides comprehensive employee health screenings — including blood draws, biometric testing, and wellness labs. These services are ideal for workplace wellness programs, ongoing health monitoring, and meeting insurance requirements.

RN Visit Options
We offer both in-clinic and in-home RN services.
In-home mobile RN visits: $200 flat fee
In-clinic RN visits: $100, provided at our Thrive Lab location
Mobile visits include travel time and in-home care. In-clinic visits take place at our Thrive Lab.
